Essential Skills Day is September 23rd

The second annual Essential Skills Day will take place on Friday, September 23, 2011 during Learn@Work Week. Essential Skills Day raises awareness of the nine essential skills as defined by the Government of Canada and looks at the importance of skills training in the workplace.
